Perhaps best known for her “Entrelacs” (“Interlacing”) works, which feature beautifully sinuous and intertwining bands, Agnès Debizet masters the ceramic material giving free rein to improvisation of functional objects in which organic forms dominate. The structure of the pieces appears unpredictably distorted creating an breathtaking effect.
